Create wallets and control active state for strategy execution. Invested balance is derived from confirmed funding events. Current balance uses live Carbon equity when a linked subaccount is present.

Direct on-chain funding uses USDC on Arbitrum One and sends to the selected wallet's linked Carbon subaccount.
